Superintendent Craig Templeton

As ESN Senior User for Wales, Craig works on behalf of the eight Welsh emergency service organisations and the Welsh Government to support the successful delivery of the Emergency Services Network (ESN). In this role, he provides strategic leadership, ensures user requirements are clearly represented at a national level, and promotes effective collaboration across organisations to deliver a resilient, secure and future-ready communications capability for frontline responders across Wales.

A police officer with Dyfed-Powys Police for 25 years, he currently serves at Chief Superintendent rank. Throughout his career, he has held a range of operational and strategic leadership roles, leading complex change, commanding critical incidents, and strengthening multi-agency partnerships. His experience spans local, regional and national environments, bringing a strong focus on public service, organisational performance and continuous improvement to the delivery of ESN across Wales.
