Head of Government Segment, Dräger

Matt leads Dräger’s safety technology portfolio across national resilience, fire and rescue, defence and security, policing, ambulance services, and the broader public sector. With over 15 years at Dräger, he brings extensive experience delivering mission-critical solutions in some of the most demanding environments.

He began his career as a Product Manager in Breathing Apparatus and has since held a variety of roles across the fire and rescue and defence and security divisions, developing deep operational and strategic expertise.

Most recently, Matt served in a global advisory role and as International Programme Director, where he supported key defence customers around the world while strengthening delivery and strategic partnerships.
