Mark Taylor is a Client Partner for IBM Consulting’s Public Sector Business in UKI, and is leading on Customer Experience as part of IBM’s responsibility for the delivery of the ESN Programme. With more than two decades of delivering complex projects and providing mission critical services for the UK Government, Mark is passionate about using technology for good to enable positive outcomes for our society. Alongside this Mark is dedicated to developing the next generation of talent and is the executive sponsor for several culture and inclusion programmes within IBM.
