Marcus is Head of New Markets at Whitespace, a technology company that helps organisations turn complex operational challenges into secure, governed AI capabilities. Today, he is focused on bringing Whitespace’s AI capabilities to UK Policing and Criminal Justice. Prior to joining Whitespace, Marcus founded a blockchain company focused on delivering data sovereignty for highly regulated sectors. Before that, Marcus served in the British Army, where, alongside several high-tempo combat commands, he held roles spanning financial and military capability and defence policy at the Ministry of Defence and British Army Headquarters.
