Louise Castle has 21 years of experience in contact management and operational leadership, all within Thames Valley Police. Throughout her career, she has held a wide range of roles including Contact Handler, Team Leader, Operations Manager, and Operational Duty Manager, developing extensive expertise in public contact, service delivery, workforce leadership, and operational performance.

She is currently seconded as a Contact Management Subject Matter expert to the Change & Continuous Improvement programme. She is very proud to be part of the pioneering team responsible for the design and implementation of the UK's first Agentic AI solution in policing ( aka Bobbi) which is helping to transform how police services manage public contact, support frontline staff, and deliver more responsive, accessible services to communities.
