Operational Lead, NPCC Drones

Operational Lead for the NPCC Drones Programme and T/Inspector within the Metropolitan Police Service Air Support Unit. I lead national workstreams to professionalise, standardise and develop BVLoS drone capability across UK policing while overseeing the implementation of Drone First Responder (DFR) operations within the MPS. With over 23 years' service in a range of different roles, including being involved in delivering several transformational technologies, including Body Worn Video and Police use of Drones for the past seven years. Prior to joining the police, I served as a Royal Marines Commando, bringing a strong operational and leadership background to public safety innovation.
