Dr Frank Pike is currently Policing Standards Manager at the College of Policing. Frank is responsible for the development of national policy and training in different thematic areas of policing including counter terrorism, firearms licensing, policing elections and prevention/problem solving. He has been in his current role for 9 years and is very fortunate and privileged to work in these very different and interesting areas.
