Caroline Field is a Partner and leads National Resilience at PA Consulting. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in asset, infrastructure and whole-system resilience, including 14 years in counter-terrorism, blast mitigation and physical security. She specialises in measuring resilience, developing systems-based frameworks, metrics and quantitative models that connect resilience capacity, interdependencies and investment to strategic value. Caroline has chaired the British Standard on City Resilience and the ISO Urban Resilience Standard Working Group and contributed to the ISO standard for organisational resilience. She is a Visiting Professor of Risk and Resilience at Imperial College London and Co-Founder of the Centre for Whole of Society Resilience.
