Carl Drinkwater is the National RPA Programme Director via Morson Group, responsible for the design, mobilisation and delivery of the National Robotics Process Automation Programme. With over 20 years’ experience as a management consultant across both public and private sector organisations, Carl has built a strong reputation for leading large-scale transformation initiatives that deliver measurable operational improvements.

Carl has an excellent track record of delivering high-profile and complex programmes within challenging budgetary and time constraints, working closely with senior stakeholders to align technology-driven change with wider strategic objectives. His expertise spans automation, operational transformation and programme leadership, with a particular focus on using intelligent automation to improve efficiency, enhance service delivery and support frontline outcomes.

Through his leadership of the National RPA Programme, Carl is helping drive the adoption of automation across policing, enabling forces to reduce administrative burden, improve process consistency and create greater capacity for frontline policing and public safety priorities.
