Callum is Chief Fire Officer of Leicestershire Fire and Rescue Service, having previously served as Area Commander in Cambridgeshire before joining in 2019 and assuming full leadership in mid-2020. He also chairs the Digital, Technology and Cyber Board within the National Fire Chiefs Council and serves as Vice-Chair of the Local Resilience Forum for Leicester, Leicestershire and Rutland
