SUPPLIER SESSION: A new approach to firefighter decontamination launches in the UK

In this session, Bio-Circle explores the latest approaches to decontaminating breathing apparatus, masks, boots and other firefighting equipment, drawing on experience with military and fire services across Denmark and Scandinavia.

Paul Owen and Palle Pedersen will look at what good decontamination practice looks like in the real world, the lessons learned from years of operational use and how new technologies and chemistries can help services improve cleanliness, protect firefighters and work more sustainably.

With Bio-Circle's decontamination systems launching in the UK at The Emergency Services Show, the session will also explore what UK services can learn from established Scandinavian practice and what to consider when reviewing their own processes.
