  • The Emergency Tech Show (ETS) takes place at the NEC Birmingham from 17th-18th September 2025

  • With over 150 exhibitors offering thousands of tech solutions, ETS shines a spotlight on the tech innovation revolutionising frontline emergency response

The Emergency Tech Show, the home of technology innovation for the emergency services, returns to the NEC Birmingham from 17th-18th September.

This vital event offers invaluable insight into how the latest technological advancements are shaping the UK and Europe’s emergency services and supporting digital transformation in the industry.

The Emergency Tech Show invites over 150 exhibitors to showcase over 5000 tech solutions, ranging from AI-driven response systems, data analytics, advanced communication networks and drone technologies to sophisticated mobile apps and software, body worn video and facial recognition software. Our community of CTOs, CIOs, Heads of ICT and other digital transformation specialists from the Police, Fire and Rescue and Ambulance Service sectors, will be searching for solutions to mission critical problems, while also benefiting from attending insightful seminar discussions and exclusive networking opportunities, gaining valuable connections and a wealth of knowledge to take back to their services.

Lianne Bailey, Sales Director of The Emergency Tech Show, said: “The speed of innovation across the tech world is phenomenal and the evolution of tech in the emergency services sector is no exception. Keeping up with the solutions available – with the backdrop of looking to technology to improve both operational and cost efficiencies – can be overwhelming. The Emergency Tech Show offers a chance for influential decision-makers to stay ahead of the curve by witnessing world class software, hardware and other digital transformation solutions that are already changing the emergency tech landscape.

“We’ve got some exciting new features at the show this year and I’m delighted with the level of support we’ve secured from both the suppliers and through the backing of key Government stakeholders. I would encourage all tech specialists in the blue light sector, anyone that’s looking to invest in new technology to improve their frontline response and those that want to expand their knowledge within the blue light tech space to sign up for a free ticket and join us at the show in September.”

Breaking new ground for 2025, this year’s event features the Police Tech Leaders’ Stage, which will provide high-level strategic insights on technology-driven transformation in law enforcement.

There will also be an interactive, scenario-driven, and hands-on drones and robotics demonstration, giving visitors a first-hand experience of this new technology that will help to enhance safety, improve situational awareness and help decision-making in crucial situations.

With the help of our partners at CPDme, all ETS visitors will also be able to enhance their professional knowledge while earning CPD points to support their career progression at CPD-accredited content programmes across all seminar stages.

The Emergency Tech Show is once again co-located with The Emergency Services Show, Europe's leading annual event for the emergency services sector, which promises to be the biggest and best yet. This year, the 19th edition of the Show, will see over 16,000 key decision-makers join their colleagues as part of the largest gathering of emergency services professionals and their partner agencies anywhere in the UK.
