Steve Moore is currently a global leader in the athlete transition space, ACT, he works with the world's forward-thinking employers to create career opportunities for retiring elite athletes. The ACT's model enables the athletes to successfully transition from sport to business. Steve is a former Welsh International rugby player who co-founded Athlete Career Transition (ACT) through a combination of career transition experiences jointly with his brother Andy, a fellow retired Welsh International Rugby Union player.
