Andy is the Lead for the Commercial Staff for the Fleet Category, responsible for a collective spend of circa £300m. He is qualified as an associate member of the member of the National Association of Police Fleet Managers (NAPFM) and takes a leading role in the Sustainability, Infrastructure and Fleet work within BlueLight Commercial. He sits on the NPCC Transport and Charging Infrastructure Group and works closely with Fleet Managers on the NPCC Fleet Commercial Group. Previously held senior managerial positions with Central and local Government.
